Registration

The registration will open in October 2026.

IMACS members get a 50€ discount.

The fee covers: attendance to scientific activities, lunches, coffee breaks, the gala dinner, and the participant documentation pack.

All Master and PhD students must present an official university-issued certificate or document confirming their enrollment status. The file must be named SurnameName_OC.pdf.

Grant Program

The IMACS 2027 Congress offers a limited number of grants for researchers who require financial assistance to attend the conference.

Two types of grants are available:

• Local: Covers the registration fee for participants living in Seville.
• General: Covers both the registration fee and the accommodation for participants living outside Seville. Accommodation will be provided in a shared room in a student residence, arranged by the conference organizers.

Required information to apply for support

• Personal data (full name, nationality and email address) and professional data (work center, department, company/institution, address, city and country). The file must be named SurnameName_PPD.pdf.
• A brief motivation letter explaining the applicant’s scientific and technological interests, as well as goals and expectations in attending IMACS 2027 Congress. Here, the applicant should also declare the impossibility of getting other sources of funding. The file must be named SurnameName_M.pdf.
• A recommendation letter from a specialist in applied mathematics including their full professional and contact data. The file must be named SurnameName_RL.pdf.
• A short curriculum vitae including present status, qualifications obtained and relevant activities carried out in the context of applied mathematics. The file must be named SurnameName_CV.pdf.
• For Master and PhD students: an official certificate or document provided by the university to prove current enrollment. The file must be named SurnameName_OC.pdf.

The files  SurnameName_PPD.pdf, SurnameName_M.pdf, SurnameName_RL.pdf, SurnameName_CV.pdf and SurnameName_OC.pdf must be sent in a compressed file named SurnameName.zip to IMACS2027_sc@us.es

Deadline

Submission window will open in December 2027.

Deadline for grant application is 1st February 2027.

Notification

Applicants will be notified on grant award by March 15th 2027.
